How I help

Three shapes, sized to how much ownership you need.

The promise does not change: senior technical leadership, accountable for the outcome your revenue rides on. How much I carry depends on your situation, so the engagement comes in three shapes. You start where you are.

Strategy Session

A focused session of about four hours, shaped to your situation. You leave with the risks mapped, the blindspots named, and a plan for the next one to six months. The deep audit comes later, inside an engagement.

$7,000

A good fit if:

  • Costs or risks are climbing, and nobody can say exactly why.
  • You want a senior read on the platform before committing to anything bigger.

Advisory

Lighter strategic oversight for a platform that already stands. A periodic planning cadence, with always-on communication in between. I stay across the roadmap and the architecture, so decisions get a senior read before they get expensive.

$5,000 per month

A good fit if:

  • The foundation holds, and the risk now lives in decisions, not delivery.
  • A capable team ships well, but nobody owns the architecture and the roadmap at once.

Engaged Leadership

Your fractional CTO, hands-on. I set the architecture, hold the quality bar until the numbers prove the outcome, and map your critical systems in the first 30 days. The team keeps shipping after I step back.

$15,000 per month

A good fit if:

  • An enterprise deal is waiting on a security review, a compliance answer, or an integration nobody owns.
  • Your AI product wins on the domain expertise inside it, and it now needs production hardening to match.
  • You want one accountable operator who owns the outcome, not a rotation of rented hours.

In their words

What clients say.

As Go Aspen's CTO I have worked with fractional resources in the past. Ujjaval is the one I would bring back without a second call. He led the video integration behind our remote-inspection product and engineered it to survive real-world networks. His architecture decisions held up long after the engagement ended. He also left our own engineers better than he found them.

I handed Ujjaval one of the highest-stakes charters in my org: PhonePe's direct integration with the national bill payments network. He owned it as the tech lead, from greenfield services to a platform moving millions of transactions a day. He launched our subscriptions category and drove it to the top of the market, then automated biller onboarding so his own team was no longer the bottleneck. He also raised the engineers around him, setting the hiring bar and mentoring people who went on to lead. Managers rarely get reports who make decisions at that level. Ujjaval did it as a matter of routine.

The Centaur bench

When the plan needs builders, I bring the team.

A pre-vetted bench of human engineers and AI engineering agents, working under one bar. I have put AI developer agents to work inside production codebases and reviewed their output to the same standard as the human engineers' work. Model routing and careful prompt curation cut a client's AI spend by 50 to 60%. The bench plugs into an engagement the same way, and one operator stays accountable for the outcome.

An intro call will tell us both whether this is the right fit.
