Who we are

This website is operated by Tech Dolphins, Inc., a corporation based in Ontario, Canada, and the entity behind Ujjaval Verma's fractional CTO services. This policy describes how the site handles personal information, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site has no account signup, no contact forms, and no advertising trackers. The site itself sets no cookies. The two exceptions are aggregate analytics and the booking page, both described below.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless. It does not fingerprint you, track you across sites, or store anything on your device. We see aggregate numbers only, never individual visitors.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds a scheduler from Cal.com. Opening that page loads the scheduler from Cal.com's servers, and Cal.com may set its own cookies to make scheduling work. If you book a call, your name, email address, and booking details are shared with Cal.com and handled under the Cal.com privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and retain context for future conversations.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a written request to the contact below. We answer within 30 days.

Security

This is a static website. We store no user data on it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with an updated date.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
